Deadly Viper Review June 11, 2008

Filed under: Resources — martyschmidt @ 1:46 pm

Digested Deadly Viper in one sitting. The look of the book is a cross between Soul Cravings and Stand Against the Wind. The content is direct in identifying those things that kill our character (aka character assassins). It didn’t take long for me to feel convicted in a few areas and I soon found myself calling a friend in the middle of chapter three to set up a meeting so I could talk about a few things. Mostly I’m caught up with myself and not working on that can lead to a quick fall down the hill. I enjoyed the straight up man approach that was used by Foster and Wilhite. One example being the chapter entitled, “Boom Chicka Wah Wah.” With the addition of a few comic sketches to make a point and you have yourself a book that should be read.
